Full Refund Period
Complete refund available within 14 days of course enrollment for any reason, provided less than 20% of course materials have been accessed.
Partial Refund Period
Pro-rated refund available within 30 days of enrollment, calculated based on completed modules and accessed content.
Medical Circumstances
Extended refund consideration for documented medical emergencies or family circumstances that prevent course completion.

3 Payment Method Considerations
Refunds are typically processed to the original payment method used for enrollment. Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, while bank transfers can take up to 15 business days depending on your financial institution.
For international students, currency exchange rates at the time of refund processing may affect the final amount received. rivanthomexa is not responsible for fluctuations in exchange rates or banking fees imposed by your financial institution.
4 Non-Refundable Items
Certain items and services are non-refundable under our policy. Application fees, assessment costs, and certification processing fees cannot be refunded once services have been provided.
Digital downloads, completed assignments, and personalized coaching sessions that have already occurred are also excluded from refund eligibility. Students who have completed more than 70% of course content are not eligible for refunds except in extraordinary circumstances.
Important Notice
All refund requests must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation. Verbal requests or informal communications do not constitute official refund applications. Processing times may vary during peak enrollment periods.
5 Special Circumstances
rivanthomexa recognizes that exceptional circumstances may arise that warrant special consideration. Military deployment, serious illness, or significant life events may qualify for extended refund eligibility beyond standard timeframes.
Each special circumstance request is reviewed individually by our academic committee. Supporting documentation, such as medical records or deployment orders, must be provided for consideration.
